How do I start the rental process?

You can easily book your rentals through our online checkout – just add the items you need, choose your event dates, and complete your order using the shopping cart in the bottom right. If you prefer, feel free to email us your request at info@altaeventrentals.com

All rental charges must be paid in full 7 days in advance of your event or delivery/pickup date.

Depending on if you have opted in or out of the RPP, you may be responsible for damages that occur during the rental period. 

Please review our full rental agreement for more details.

The RPP is a 10% charge covering the first $150 of damages.

If declined, you may be responsible for the full cost of damages.

Delivery fees start at $50 for up to 20 miles, with an additional $1.99/mile charge after 20 miles.

Installation costs depend on the event size, quantity of items, and setup time, noted in the initial quote.

Tent setup may occur the day before and take down the day after your event, or on the event day for smaller events. 

Tents can be staked on grass or weighted on other surfaces.

Standard delivery occurs the morning of the event, with breakdown the day after. 

Additional charges apply for higher floors, specific times, or after-hours.

Evacuate the tent if wind gusts exceed 35mph. Tents are not safe in strong winds or lightning. 

A Safety Bulletin with further instructions is provided.

Stack chairs and tables, pack pop-up tents as delivered, and place food-free linens in provided laundry bags.

Yes, a 25% late fee per day for the first 4 days. 

Items not returned after 4 days are considered lost or stolen, with additional fees for inconvenience or revenue loss.

Yes, a permit from the Department of Parks and Recreation is required, and approval from HFD if tenting exceeds 2100 sq/ft.

Customers must sign a waiver and arrange mapping and marking of the property through a certified company if staking tents is required.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 7 days prior will receive a refund excluding the deposit. 

Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability.
